London Bridge Resort is all-suite waterfront resort located on 110-acres featuring restaurants, bars, nightlife, specialty shopping, meeting and banquet space, 3-swimming pools, Splash Pool and Waterslide, and a 9-hole executive golf course.  We are centrally located and the World Famous London Bridge is adjacent to our property.   

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for fostering and developing an exciting, positive, and enjoyable environment for our guests and riders to participate in tours or just shuttle services to and from hospitality venues, downtown, and our property.  The Shuttle Driver is tasked with the operating a 25 passenger Shuttle as well as maintaining the proper licensing.  This individual will ensure that we are able to provide a safe tour service for our on site guests as well as Friday and Saturday night (as well as possible Holiday or special event Weekend) Free Shuttle to specific stops designated to other hospitality venues and stops in town.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely providing transportation for our guests to special events or tours as are set up by Activities Department
• Responsible for safely providing transportation for potential guests on our weekend night routes for our Free Bus to Bars Shuttle
• Develop, support and engage all guests in a positive and meaning ful way to ensure they are comfortable using our services
• Develop relationships to ensure guests refer their friends to use our services
• Provide a fun but safe environment to ensure the promotion of our services is received well.
• Manage route and expectations of guests.
• Promote London Bridge Resort, Kokomo Havasu, Martini Bay, and the area at all times.
• Perform pre- and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, adherence to prescribed Department of Transportation standards, and compliance with proper safety standards
• Perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities; maintain neat and orderly appearance
• Ensure vehicle is fueled properly before beginning tour or route.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers and managers.

• CDL License with Passenger Endorsement
